Lee is the Director of Facilities for the AT&T Performing Arts Center, which includes the Winspear Opera House, Wyly Theater, the Center Café, Strauss Square Outdoor Amphitheater, Sammons Park and Two Underground Parking structures that all sit on 10 acres of property in downtown Dallas.  He manages all facility maintenance, repairs and upgrades in all the venues, along with coordinating and supervising the Janitorial and Landscaping Maintenance contractors. Lee started with the AT&T Performing Arts Center in March 2009 as the Facility Manager, was promoted to Associate Director of Facilities in August 2013, and then in August 2016, he was promoted to the Director of Facilities. Before coming to the Performing Arts Center, Lee previously served over twenty-three years as the Director of Facilities at Fielder Road Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas.

Lee has been a professional member of the DFW IFMA Chapter since April 2011 and, in March 2013, received his IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation. During his tenure at Fielder Road, Lee was very active in the National Association of Church Facility Managers (NACFM), of which he became a charter member in 1995.

Lee is a native of Arlington, Texas and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Electronics’ in 1987 from DeVry University in Irving, Texas, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was selected as the class Valedictorian.

Lee lives in Arlington with his wife, Marcie, whom he married in September 2011. He enjoys being a part of her children’s lives, Jacob and Kaitlyn, and he has two grown children from a previous marriage, Justin and Nicole. Lee enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, along with remodeling and working on their home.

Board Liaison to the Education and FMexpo committees.

Micah O'Dell has served on the IFMA Board of Directors as Second Vice President for the past two years.

He has been with Fannie Mae since 2005, and is the Facilities Area Manager for 13 locations from east to west coast. Not only is Micah involved in the current construction of a new LEED Silver office building in Plano's Granite Park, he's also highly involved in the Change Management function - preparing staff for a new, modern office and a new way of working when the current offices consolidate to Plano beginning in late 2017.

Micah has been actively involved in the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) since joining in 2011 and regularly attends the DFW chapter meetings. Micah received the designation of Facility Management Professional (FMP) through UTA in 2011 and earned his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) in 2013. Micah has attended World Workplace for the past five years and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute.

Micah lives in Plano with his wife of 16 years and his two children Kayla (10) and Brandon (8). He enjoys boating in north eastern Oklahoma, cookouts, performing ancestry research and most of all spending time with family and friends.

Lisa is the Facilities Supervisor at The City of Farmers Branch where she supervises a team of technicians and a crew leader. Previously, she was Assistant Manager of Facilities for the City of Coppell. She has been a professional member of IFMA for four years, serving on the Awards and Holiday Committees and Co-Chair of the Associates Committee. She earned her FMP certification in 2016 and is studying to earn her CFM in the near future.

Lisa has had a comprehensive business background that began right after graduating high school, working in sales for World Book Encyclopedias. She became the sales trainer and manager for the region, and traveled all over the state. She has owned a restaurant, a real estate consulting and maintenance company and a defensive driving school.

She attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas, earning a Bachelor's and Master's in Business Administration.

She has been married to Joey for 24 years, has three grown sons and four small granddaughters. Lisa is an avid motorcycle rider, (Harley) and enjoys long road trips to National Parks for hiking trips in the mountains. Her volunteer work includes mentoring grade school children, a passion for poverty alleviation, education, and children at risk. She is an Active member of Valley Ranch Baptist Church and lives in Coppell.

Carol Tremayne has worked at Corporate Care for over 15 years, with responsibilities that have included national inside sales manager, customer service, sales training for new employees, marketing and trade show coordinator, and is currently in the role of Dallas/Fort Worth Senior Account Executive.

Corporate Care has an extensive client base that continues to grow, providing services that focus on extending the life of finishes and surfaces within facilities in the DFW area and throughout the U.S.

Carol's involvement with IFMA began in 2006, attending World Work Place in San Diego, and has been involved since then, with the Membership Committee (Chairperson for two years), Hospitality Suite Committee and one year on the Awards Committee.

Having moved to the DFW area in 2003, Carol previously lived in Houston, Colorado and Illinois.   Carol and her husband, Steve, have three grown sons, two living in Texas and one in Colorado.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys reading, music, long walks, and all activities that include family and friends.

Board liaison to the Golf committee.

Kathryn Shrum has been an Associate Member of the DFW Chapter of IFMA since 2010, and has been involved on both the Golf and Expo committees. Through the DFW Chapter of IFMA, Kathryn has had the opportunity to develop many business relationships, as well as many close friendships over the years and enjoys the fellowship of the DFW Chapter.

Kathryn is the proud owner of Secure On-Site Shredding, the company literally tearing it up, and has been helping companies with their document management and shredding needs for the past 14 years. Along with her involvement in the IFMA organization, Kathryn serves on several committees with the WBC-SW (Woman Owned Business Association), AAA NAID Member and an Ambassador for the Allen/Fairview Chamber of Commerce.

Kathryn is the mother of two sons and one year ago became a grandmother. Ryan, the oldest, lives in Omaha with his wife Megan and one-year-old daughter, Haven. Tyler is attending OSU in Stillwater, OK and will graduate in 2016. This summer, Tyler will complete his internship with the family owned and operated shredding company, and has brought an array of business growth and development opportunities.

Living in McKinney, Kathryn enjoys playing golf and tennis and going out to dinner!!


 

Doyle Graham, CFM

Board Liaison to the Awards committee.

Doyle is the Facilities Manager for the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA).  He oversees all maintenance activities on 15 buildings and sites totaling over 400,000 square feet.  He manages the Electrical and Facilities crews for all in-house activities and numerous contracts of facilities maintenance on the NTTA buildings.  Doyle started with the NTTA in March of 2002 as the Assistant Facility Manager, promoted to Building Maintenance Manager in 2003, moved to Roadway Manager in 2007, and promoted to Facilities Manager April 2014.

Doyle has been a professional member of the DFW chapter of IFMA for more than 10 years.  He received his Certified Facility Manger (CFM) designation in January of 2007.  Doyle is also a member of the Public Sector Council with the IFMA organization.  He has served as 1st Vice President 2013, the chairman of the Membership Committee, and served on the Golf Committee for several years.   Doyle has attended World Workplace every year since 2003.

Doyle is a native of Vernon, Texas where he grew up and operated a farming/ranching enterprise for over 20 years before relocating to the DFW area.  He attended Texas A&M University, and graduated from Vernon Regional Junior College with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Assisted Drafting and Design in 1999 with Honors and a 4.0 GPA.  Prior to joining the NTTA, he worked for the State of Texas for eight years, and Morgan Buildings for two years.  In 2001, he was recognized as the Morgan Buildings employee of the year.  Doyle has served as a church officer in various positions, and was past president of his local Lions Club. 

Doyle lives in Frisco, Texas and recently celebrated his 44th wedding anniversary with his wife Pamela. They have three grown children, son Bryan in New Orleans, Louisiana, daughter Bonnie in Katy, Texas and daughter Rebecca in McKinney, Texas. They enjoy spending as much time as possible with their four grandchildren; a granddaughter and grandson in Katy, and two granddaughters in McKinney.   

Doyle is an outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, golf, and running. He completed a half marathon in 2012 placing third in his division.
