From new construction to renovations, TDIndustries designs and builds sustainable mechanical systems for the life of a building. With the Company’s network of LEED ® APs in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Denver and Phoenix, the firm provides the knowledge and expertise to guide each project towards greater energy efficiency.

TD uses LifeCycle planning for each building solution to deliver the strongest return on investment. By deploying energy and environmental strategies, TD can verify and quantify the energy efficiency of a building. From design through construction to integrated facility operations and maintenance, this LifeCycle approach delivers superior results to our many satisfied and loyal customers.

For existing buildings, we provide LEED-EB process certification and management. Through our state-of-the-art, truck-based services, we prevent and resolve jobs of all sizes and complexity in real time.

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, we strive to exceed expectations through continuous aggressive improvement. We have sustainable case studies for many market sectors, among these: commercial office buildings, educational, mission critical environments, sports and entertainment, and historic properties. For example, our first LEED-certified project was Sabre’s World Headquarters in Southlake, Texas in 2000. Most recently, we completed the installation of an 11,000 ton HVAC system for the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, designed to achieve superior energy efficiency within a compelling payback period.
