IFME Awards Nominations Due Before May 31st

Our annual IFME Awards presentation will take place 5:30 - 8 pm, Thursday, Jully 11th at the Palace Arts Center, 300 S. Main Street in Grapevine. Before we get there, we all have a little homework to do. We need your help in identifying those who should be recognized with one of the IFME Awards detailed below. You have until the stroke of Midnight, May 31st to submit your nominations.

We're offering a REWARD for nominations including a free registration to the IFME Awards dinner (a $50 value), and a chance to win a $250 gift card. Your name will be entered in the gift card drawing once for every nomination you make.

Who Can Be Nominated

You may nominate yourself and/or someone you feel meets one or more of the criteria provided below. You can nominate more than one person for an award, one person for several different awards, and multiple people for awards!

Please do not nominate a Member of the Board of Directors or Chapter Staff Members, as they are excluded. This exclusion includes President Lee Harris, CFM, Vice Presidents Micah O'Dell, CFM, SFP, and Lisa Wells, FMP, Treasurer Carol Tremayne, Secretary Erik Lind and Chapter Staff Administrator Rich Johnson.

Award Criterion:

All nominations must be made by DFW IFMA Chapter members.

Associate of the Year (Service Provider)

This person is not only chosen for the time involved in volunteering for our Chapter, but most importantly, the integrity of their participation. This recipient is the definition of what an associate member should be to the rest of our Chapter.

Committee Member of the Year

The Committee member should be a person who has supported and promoted IFMA objectives, actively participated in committee work, and made a significant contribution to the committee, Chapter meetings and other activities that support and promote the facility management profession and the DFW Chapter. 

Facility Manager of the Year

This professional member should be a person who has illustrated strong facility management practices in their organization. The nominee has promoted growth and change of the profession within their organization and others in the industry.

Innovator of the Year

This award is designed to recognize the person or organization that has demonstrated innovation in the realm of Facility Management. Performing "outside the box" to create an innovative product or implement state of the art procedures within their organization.

Professional of the Year (Facility Manager)

The professional member should be a person who has supported and promoted IFMA objectives, actively participated in committee work, Chapter meetings and other activities that support and promote the facility management profession and the DFW Chapter.

Rookie of the Year

Nominee must be a member in good standing for at least one year. The Rookie member should be a person who has supported and promoted IFMA objectives, actively participated in committee work, Chapter meetings and other activities that support and promote the facility management profession and the DFW Chapter.
